Informed Voter Series Session One In-Person / Online

Nonpartisan information to help you confidently cast your ballot.

Understanding elections can feel complicated—but reliable information makes participation easier.

The Informed Voter Series at Laramie County Library System offers a series of nonpartisan conversations designed to help voters better understand the election process, key deadlines, and issues shaping public policy in Wyoming.

Led by Lily Rowen, PhD, Political Science Instructor at Laramie County Community College, the series will explore how Wyoming’s government and election systems work while providing context for the 2026 election season.

Sessions will address topics such as legislative updates, upcoming election deadlines, and the broader civic processes that shape voting and policymaking. Each session is designed to provide clear, factual information to help voters participate confidently.

All sessions will take place in the Cottonwood Room at the Cheyenne library and will also be streamed live on the Laramie County Library System Facebook page, allowing community members to attend in person or watch online.

Additional sessions and topics may be added as the election season progresses.

Session One: Legislative Session Wrap-Up & Election Preview
